Overview
These Booking Terms apply to all travel services offered by Plains & Predators Adventures and should be read together with the full Terms & Conditions.
1. Making a Booking
1.1 A booking may be made via email, website inquiry, or any other communication channel approved by the Company.
1.2 All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
1.3 A booking is considered provisional until the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by the Company.
2. Deposits and Payment
2.1 A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The deposit amount and payment deadline will be specified in the booking confirmation.
2.2 Deposits are generally non-refundable, as outlined in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
2.3 The balance of the trip cost must be paid in full by the date stated in the booking confirmation.
2.4 Failure to settle the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation charges.
3. Prices and Inclusions
3.1 Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are based on current rates for accommodations, park fees, transportation, and services at the time of booking.
3.2 The trip price includes only those items explicitly listed in the confirmed itinerary.
3.3 Any services not specifically listed as included are excluded and remain the Client’s responsibility.
4. Price Changes
4.1 The Company reserves the right to adjust prices prior to receipt of the deposit due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to increases in park fees, government taxes, fuel costs, or supplier charges.
4.2 Once a booking is confirmed, price increases will only apply where unavoidable and will be communicated promptly to the Client.
5. Client Information and Responsibility
5.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including passport details, travel dates, and special requirements at the time of booking.
5.2 Any errors or omissions in information provided by the Client may result in additional costs, delays, or inability to participate in the Trip, for which the Company accepts no liability.
6. Travel Documents and Requirements
6.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other documents required for travel to Tanzania.
6.2 The Company is not responsible for denied entry, delays, or costs arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
7. Special Requests
7.1 Special requests such as dietary needs, medical considerations, or room preferences must be communicated at the time of booking.
7.2 While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of the contractual agreement unless confirmed in writing.
8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1 By paying the deposit or any part of the trip cost, the Client confirms acceptance of these Booking Terms, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the full Terms & Conditions of Plains & Predators Adventures.
8.2 The person making the booking warrants that they have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all persons included in the booking.
